What can I expect during my home design visit?

During your design consultation, Terry will visit your home to take measurements of your windows, bring samples, chat through your design options, answer any questions and leave you with a no-obligation quotation. No hard sell, gimmicks, nor pushy tactics. Just clear, honest advice to help you find solutions for your space and to your budget.

How long will it take to have my shutters delivered?

The lead time is 4 weeks for our SilkWood line and 10-12 weeks for our core ranges, from the date of order confirmation and receipt of deposit.

Do my new shutters come with a guarantee?
